Mimi Chui (b. 2001, Hong Kong) is an award-winning contemporary artist and curator whose multidisciplinary practice spans across drawing, installation, publication, and multimedia painting on canvas and structured wooden panels.

Chui’s academic and professional achievements are marked by rigorous creative research and leadership. She graduated with a Master of Arts in Visual Arts (Distinction) from Hong Kong Baptist University, where she was awarded the prestigious Scholastic Award for top academic excellence and served as the President of the Graduation Show Committee. Her global perspective was further enriched during her tenure at the University of the West of England (UK).

Seamlessly merging her foundational expertise in creative digital media design with formal visual arts training, Chui constructs complex tactile languages that challenge spatial and emotional boundaries. Her works have been showcased in prominent institutional and international contexts, including Fine Art Asia at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC), the HKBU AVA Graduation Exhibition, and Spike Island (Bristol, UK). She is currently a grantee and selected artist of the Youth Art Development Foundation (YADF) and received an Honourable Mention at the WMA Lens-based Media Graduate Award.
